Shipping & Ordering

  • How do I purchase?

    Orders can be placed here at LumenvySkincare.com or on Amazon.com

  • How do I cancel or change my order?

    If you would like to cancel or change your order, please e-mail hello@lumenvyskincare.com with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change your order.

  • When will my order be processed?

    All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

  • Where do you ship?

    At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and U.S. territories, including Guam and Puerto

    Rico. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes.

  • How are my orders shipped?

    All orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex Ground.

  • Is there free shipping?

    There is free shipping on all orders over $75.

  • What is your return policy?

    We have a 30-day return policy for all products purchased via the

    LumenvySkincare.com website, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lumenvyskincare.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4971 Bear Road Liverpool, NY 13088 


    You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
